Neeshi Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
1c Protein Pancake Mix
1 Scoop Neeshi Protein
3/4c Milk of choice
1/2 mashed banana
Mix ingredients, cook pancakes as instructed & enjoy! This recipe makes 2 servings.
Cacao Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1T chia seeds
1 Neeshi Cacao Protein
85g non-dairy vanilla greek yogurt
3/4c dark chocolate almond milk
Whisk ingredients together, set for 5 min, whisk again and leave to set 1 hour/overnight. Top with strawberries & wild blueberries and enjoy!
Vanilla Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, in chunks
1c frozen strawberries
1 Neeshi Vanilla Protein
1.5c milk of choice
1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
Handful spinach (optional)
Blend and enjoy over ice!
Cacao Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 Neeshi Cacao or Cacao Peanut Butter Protein
1.5c milk of choice
1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)

Cacao Mousse with Berries
1 cup cottage cheese
2-3T almond milk
1 Neeshi Cacao Protein
1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
Pinch of salt
Blend or mix it together
Add sliced strawberries and almonds
Enjoy!
